A NETWORK CREATED TO EQUIP & EMPOWER FEMALE LEADERS OF THE LOCAL CHURCH
Leaders Collective is a network designed to equip and empower the female leaders of the local church. This includes female pastors, ministers, shepherdesses, and directors who currently serve, oversee or spearhead a ministry as a leader within the local church.
Led by our founder, Pastor Faith, women from all over the region gather every quarter to fellowship, share, encourage and pray together.
If you are interested in joining the Leaders Collective, please email us at email@example.com.
RECAP // May 2019 Gathering
There was so much wisdom shared in our last Leaders Collective on “Holy Excellence.” As women, we are called not to maintain, but to be excellent in who we are and how we serve. Holy excellence is doing what is true, requires character, faithfulness, and wholeheartedness. In order to execute excellence, we need to be creative, have a great attitude, and do things with a vision. Comparison blocks creativity, and you cannot be excellent without being creative. It is easy to despise the low positions, but holy excellence calls us to bloom where we are planted. God is always building something in you and through you. Nothing done excellently for the Kingdom goes to waste, and you never realize the seeds you sow. Holy excellence positions us to dream bigger dreams and be joyful in every season.”
